Sexual Health GUM (Genitourinary Medicine) Clinic

We provide a free and confidential sexual health and HIV service at our walk-in clinic at Beckenham Beacon.

Open to everyone regardless of their age or sexuality, it offers a range of services, including:

  • Screening for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as chlamydia, gonorrhoea and HIV
  • Treatment and contact tracing
  • HIV treatment and care
  • Emergency contraception
  • Condom distribution
  • Advice on safer sex and avoiding STIs

Sexual health walk-in clinic

Sexual health walk-in clinic There’s no need to make an appointment or be referred – simply come in to the clinic for advice and support. We operate a walk in and wait ticket system, with a limited number of tickets per hour. Once these tickets have all been given out, we will ask you to come to the next convenient clinic.

 

For GPs and referrers

Patients can self-refer to our walk-in clinics.

GPs can refer by emailing kch-tr.bb-admin@nhs.net. Send one referral per email and include patient and GP practice details.

Opening hours

We open 15 minutes before the clinic times listed, to allow you to register:

Monday: 9am – 4pm

Tuesday: 11am – 6pm

Wednesday: 1.30pm – 4pm

Thursday: 11am – 6pm

Friday: 8:30am -12pm

We are closed on bank (public) holidays.
