URGENT COVID 19 ADVICE- Please note that our contraception clinics are closed as of Thursday 19th March 2020. If you require contraception advice and/or a supply of medication please email bromh.askfp@nhs.net and you will be sent an email form to complete (check your junk mail/spam) and once you have sent your form back you will be called by a nurse.

If you need emergency contraception, please ensure you write this as the email subject line.

If you need repeat contraceptive pills and have ever had them from your GP, please contact your GP surgery who may be able to issue you with a repeat prescription.

For Implant, Depo and Coil users please be advised we are not routinely fitting/removing/replacing these devices and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive health have issued this advice:

fsrh.org/documents/advice-for-women-seeking-contraception-abortion-and-other it is extremely useful and comprehensive please read it.

After reading this advice if you would like a supply of the pill or further advice please email bromh.askfp@nhs.net.

Dear Patients due to staff shortages there will be times when we will have to close our Contraception clinics earlier than advertised, this is so we can safely see the patients that have been booked into our walk-ins’. There are clinics operating over the next coming weeks when there is only one nurse working and these clinics will have a limited service, we advise that you call the clinic during the opening hours to find out if we are taking patients before you set off.

If you require an Implant/Coil fit, removal or re-fit you will be offered a consultation and an appointment to return for your procedure, you can also request a phone consultation (details on this website). Patients who need emergency contraception will always be seen in clinic so please tell the reception staff this is what you require. Condoms are available when our clinics are open.

We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause and you may wish to contact your GP surgery to ask for a referral to the 8 GP surgeries who offer Contraception services across Bromley.

If you live in the surrounding boroughs you can find your local services on:
